学習によるシーン理解の研究

人とシステムの豊かな協調・共生のために必須の要素技術の一つである、屋外といったあらかじめ特定することの不可能な環境（シーン）下でも柔軟に機能するビジョンシステムは未だ存在しません。本研究では、そうしたビジョンシステムの実現のためには、未知環境と既知環境との差をシステム自らが見出し、それを自己組織的に吸収・獲得する学習・認識メカニズムの確立が不可欠と捉え、その探求と実装に挑みます。

Research Aspiration

In our reserch, we try to establish a new scheme which enables an artificial system finding out the difference between unknown environment and known environment, and flexibly gaining the difference by learning.
