| The study of a protein synthesis mechanism at a single molecule level leads to the development of new medicines and medical fields. We aim the protein synthesis manipulation by the force and the fluorescent measurement at same time. This study might be led to clarify the inhibition mechanism for protein synthesis by antibiotics at a single molecule level. |
