| Super-resolution fluorescence microscopy using two-color dip spectroscopy provides longitudinal resolution finer than 100nm as well as lateral one. Combining fluorescence correlation spectroscopy with this microscopy, one can analysis microscopic phenomena concerning single molecule in at-l space (10-18l). This means that structures and functions of living cells can be 3-dementionally investigated with super-resolution overcoming the optical diffraction limit. In this research, I aim to develop the described analysis method. |
