| In this research, methods for light-dependent regulation of gene expression and protein activities will be developed by using photoreceptive proteins. The technology developed in this research will be applicable to combinatorial use with other established techniques such as transgenesis. Therefore this technology is waited as a powerful tool for in vivo analyses of biological functions of proteins. |
