| In living cells, proteins exert their functions by forming a cluster of proteins known as signaling complex through protein-protein interactions. The goal of this project is to provide a new analytical method for the protein interactions by developing a protein labeling system using small artificial probes. The system is useful for bio-imaging study of the signaling complex, and screening study of small molecular inhibitor or modulator for a specific protein surface interaction. |
