| Protein functions are often regulated by a subtle structural change such as a modification of hydrogen bonding network. In this study, we develop a new technique based on Raman optical activity, which allows us to probe small structural changes in biological molecules with a 100 ns time resolution. The technique provides structural information that is inaccessible to other spectroscopic methods. |
