| Development of the real-time detection system of the biomolecular network in vivo and its application to cell biology |

| We intend to develop a new system to detect the intracellular dynamics of the biomolecular interactions. The object of our project is to overcome the limit of the fluorescence cross-correlation spectroscopy, which is known to be an effective way to analyze the association and dissociation of the biomolecules in vivo. By applying this new technique to cell biological purposes, we are planning to examine the possibilities of the signaling-network visualization in vivo without genetic experiments. |
