The purpose of this research is the development of analysis methods for efficiently detecting the protein-protein interaction. The biotin-avidin interaction is known to be one of the strongest non-covalent binding in nature, and in order to use such binding effectively, two kinds of biotin protein ligases are utilized in this study. By fixing the biotin to the proteins analyzed in two steps, we aim to analyze the protein-protein interaction quickly and conveniently in a way not yet examined so far.
