The single particle analysis is an image-based structure-analysis method which does not require protein crystal. This method utilizes electron microscope images to determine protein 3D structure and can be applicable to various proteins. However, present single particle analysis requires many manual labors. Consequently, the analysis period was more than two years. By developing a new analysis algorithm, I aim to enable the perfect automation and free from manual labor. In this research, I aim to shorten the analysis period to less than a month, and also to elucidate the structures of various kinds of proteins and complexes.
