| Regulation of gene expression by transcription factor proteins touches many aspects of biology. The goal of this project is to develop completely organic small-molecule transcription factors for biological investigation. We plan to make these chemical tools easy to use in cell culture or even animal models. The study may provide vital guidance for future technological breakthrough. |
