Quality control systems for functional RNA/RNP in the cytoplasm.

Abstract
Living organisms not only produce many kinds of proteins and RNAs correctly, but also have excellent quality control systems that eliminate aberrant or dysfunctional ones from normal and functional counterparts. In this study, we will try to expand our understanding on quality control and selective degradation of cytoplasmic small non-coding RNAs like tRNAs. We will especially focus on the molecular mechanisms to maintain the quality of small RNAs when they are functioning in the cytoplasm.
