Abstract

In the cell nucleus, several types of nuclear domains are formed to proceed synthesis, processing, and transport of RNA co-operatively. The nucleolus is the place for ribosome biogenesis including rRNA transcription, processing, and transport. In this study, I will try to clarify the molecular mechanisms how nuclear domains such as nucleolus is formed.
