Abstract
Cancers are most in the cause of the death in Japan, and therefore it is hoped to establish the diagnosis at early stage and novel therapy for malignant tumors that shows extremely high resistance to present treatment. In this study, an attenuated measles virus-based library displaying single-chain Fv antibody is developed by taking advantage of the property of the RNA virus. The aim of research is to identify tumor-specific antibody using the RNA viral technology, leading to the development of the new diagnosis medicine and the novel treatment.
