[RESEARCH THEME]
In the present study, I will first clarify the cause and mechanism of the wavelength-dependent phenomena found recently in asymmetric photosensitization, and then dramatically improve the optical yield to an application level by combining the wavelenth effect with supramolecular chemistry.
This research is expected not only to acheive a breakthrough in chiral photochemstry but also to construct the foundation for a new scientific field of hot excited-state photochemistry.
