[RESEARCH THEME]
Diamond is a unique and outstanding material in terms of electric, optical, and biological applications.
We investigate electronic properties, spin dynamics, and correlation of high-density carriers with impurities and vacancies in high-purity diamond using state-of-the-art spectroscopic techniques, toward searches for novel optical functionality of wide-gap semiconductors.
