[RESEARCH THEME]
Organic semiconductor materials has been studied extensively in recent years, and practically developped as LET and FET devices.
The present study establishes the non-contact high-throughput technique to measure the intrinsic intra-molecular charge carrier mobility in a variety of organic electronic materials.
The technique will sort out rapidly the future candidates of organic opto-electronic materials without special purification, processing, and device fabrication.
