Hyperpolarization of nuclear spins in solids is a key technology leading to innovations in a variety of fields such as information technology and advanced characterization techniques.
In this study, efficient hyperpolarization schemes for nuclear spins in solids are developed utilizing various polarization transfer methods combined with the optical pumping in semiconductors.
