Electric-field control of nanostructured spin systems |
'Spintronics' is a rapidly emerging field in which one tries to create novel electronic devices employing spin degrees of freedom. One of the important technological issues in this field is to control the spin state with low power consumption. One promising way is an electric-field induced magnetic anisotropy change. The project aims to realize an electric-field induced ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) in nanostructured spin systems and apply it to a novel pure spin-current source. |
