Development of novel spintronics devices with ferrimagnetic insulating thin films |
Non-volatile spintronics devices are the most hopeful candidate for energy-saving electronics. In particular, the tunnel junction with ferromagnetic tunnel barrier has a high potential, because they separate up-spin electrons and down-spin electrons, which is called "spin-filter". In this project, we develop the novel spintronic devices by combining spin-filter junction and semiconductor technology. |
