Synthesis of Insulated Conjugate Polymers and It's Application to Nanomolecular Devices |
Our aim is to develop methods of synthesizing insulated conjugate polymers with high stability and functionality by polymerizing insulated conjugate monomers obtained through the self-inclusion of π-conjugated guest molecules coupled with cyclic molecules. We will also attempt to fabricate single-moleculer devices using a solution process, by successively immersing nanoelectrodes in solutions containing insulated conjugate molecules having different functions, and conducting chemical reactions sequentially in nano-space. Furthermore, we aim to develop next-generation nanoelectronics elements as an application of this technique. |
