Control of local field with ultra sharp probe for production of functional material science |
In this research project, chemical reaction of graphite and that of inorganic materials under low energy electronic excitation will be explored for realizing true nano-three-dimensional devices, based on our strategic technology of an ultra-sharp metal probe combined with visualization technique of local electric field. By using such specific local reaction, nano processing technique of "cut and paste" of graphene sheet and three-dimensional junction with oxide nano-wire could be the most desirable research target. Thus I will develop a top down style controlling technique of self organizing reaction to cerate a new concept of organic devices. |
