Control of local field with ultra sharp probe for production of functional material science
Abstract
In this research project, chemical reaction of graphite and that of inorganic materials under low energy electronic excitation will be explored for realizing true nano-three-dimensional devices, based on our strategic technology of an ultra-sharp metal probe combined with visualization technique of local electric field. By using such specific local reaction, nano processing technique of "cut and paste" of graphene sheet and three-dimensional junction with oxide nano-wire could be the most desirable research target. Thus I will develop a top down style controlling technique of self organizing reaction to cerate a new concept of organic devices.
