Development of ecological process of high-performance organic nanocrystalline transistor |
The novel nanodevice fabrication is developed using "Nanoscale-electrocrystallization" which enables to grow nanowires only in the gap between two electrodes. Due to the self-assembled, conductive molecular arrangement, high-performance organic transistor is expected. Electrodes used in the electrolysis are fabricated by printing techniques, the whole process will be performed in the atmosphere. This research is aimed at becoming a breakthrough in the nanofabrication to develop the ecological process of high-performance organic nanodevices. |
