Analysis of metabolism of ATP through fluorescent imaging of ATP
Abstract
ATP is an energy source of all organisms, and plays important roles in various biological processes. However, its characteristics inside single living cells are not well understood. In this study, I will develop a method to observe intracellular ATP and investigate how snthesis and utilization of ATP is regulated in the cells.
