Outline
We have developed a novel method to analyze PNA sequences. In this study, we aim to develop PNA aptamers which can bind biomolecules. Since PNA is intrinsically chiral, circular polarized luminescence (CPL) probes will be developed. These probes would be versatile tools to detect a variety of biomolecules.
