Schedule for Meeting on Proposal Screening and JST's Contact to the Interviewees
■We send all the applicants the letters of screening results about one week after each meeting on proposal screening. In addition, within one week after each meeting on proposal screening, we send the e-mails only the applicants to be interviewed as the next stage of selection, and we ask them to prepare the documents for the interviews.
