Title

“What is Researcher Development? — The Initiatives of Vitae Program for Researchers’ Professional Development in UK —”

Purpose

The development of a researcher is highly dependent on their research group and academic community. In other countries, however, support and initiatives are also being undertaken by third-party organizations. In this seminar, we will learn about the background and current status of Vitae, the UK's pioneering and globally influential research professional development program. Additionally, we will consider what the skills of professional researchers are needed and what we can do to support their development.
