埼玉大学大学院理工学研究科の竹島亮馬助教が、日本育種学会奨励賞を受賞しました。日本育種学会奨励賞は、育種および育種学において優れた業績をあげ、さらに将来の活躍が期待できる若手会員に対して贈呈される賞です。2026年3月21日～22日の日本育種学会第76回総会にて授賞式が開催され、賞状と盾が授与されました。また、授賞式では、竹島助教による講演も行われました。

Dr. Takeshima Receives an Award at the 76th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Breeding

Dr. Ryoma Takeshima of the Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Saitama University has received the Young Scientist Award from the Japanese Society of Breeding. This award is presented to early-career members who have made outstanding contributions to breeding and breeding science and who are expected to make significant achievements in the future.

The award ceremony was held during the 76th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Breeding on March 21–22, 2026, where a certificate and a commemorative plaque were presented. In addition, Dr. Takeshima delivered a lecture at the ceremony.
