Research Project
Development of an extreme nonlinear spectromicroscope for buried material interfaces
Profile

Satoshi Nihonyanagi
Outline
This project is dedicated to developing a novel nonlinear spectromicroscope, which would enable us to observe buried interfaces of real devices. Molecular structures and the spatial distributions of various material interfaces such as lithium ion battery will be revealed by applying this new method. Such molecular level elucidations of the material interfaces would promote designing or developing new devices/materials.
