Molecular imaging of MAPK pathway for sustained T cell activation
MAPK pathway contributes to the entire process from the outside recognition to the transcription in a various type of cells. Its disruption is seriously related to the pathogenesis and the clinical states of inflammatory diseases. To elucidate the mechanisms of the T cell-mediated chronic inflammation, I will examine the functions of the TCR microcluster, a minimal activation unit of TCR signaling, in the MAPK pathway and comprehensively understand this pathway from the view of molecular imaging.
