  • Clarify a value co-creation mechanism based on the two ability concepts of service competency (provider’s capability) and service literacy (recipient’s capability)
  • Aimed at higher education, develop tools for efficiently and effectively building and obtaining agreement between instructor (provider) and learner (recipient), develop practical methodology for using these tools to provide value-added higher education, and generalize the methodology

  • Develop prototype tools for use in education services that will assist with (1) deciding the educational content and learning activity and (2) building agreement with the learner
  • Apply the developed prototypes to actual education
  • Using the developed tools, formalize and clarify procedures for carrying out high value added education services

In society, in order to raise both the added value created by services and productivity, the mechanism for value co-creation by the service provider and recipient must be clarified, and specific methodology must be devised for applying it to actual services.

This project aims to clarify such a value co-creation mechanism based on the two ability concepts of competency (provider’s capability) and literacy (recipient’s capability). Specifically, with higher education as the target, the project will provide tools for efficiently and effectively building and obtaining agreement between instructor (provider) and learner (recipient), and construct practical methodology for using these tools to provide value-added higher education, and generalize the methodology.
