Feasibility Study for Observation and Identification of Service Value Emerging Process towards Adaptive Service Design by Country

To promote Japanese services overseas, it is necessary to understand the differences in culture and values in each country and to provide services adaptively. In this research, we will consider interpersonal services such as reception and guiding. Using communication robots and other information presentation devices and measurement equipment, we will investigate how images, sound and movement affect the physiological state and behavior of the recipient. In addition to this modeling, we will clarify the differences in service value between countries, and obtain design guidelines for adaptive services.
