[] Targets
Development of a methodology package that supports visualization and consensus building for value co-creation towards service problem-solving

  • Create a service system science for analyzing, describing, designing and supporting service systems
  • Conceive new approaches and events through action research in the Suwa-Okaya industrial agglomeration

[] Approaches

  • Describe the current circumstances as seen by diverse stakeholders as a service system, and formulate that ideal type as a service component system. Based on the resulting gap, use action research and objective fact to propose reorganization.
  • Pre-testing of the service created from the angles of cultural feasibility and objective desirability.

This research targets the industrial agglomeration in the Suwa-Okaya area, in order to prepare a methodology package for creating new services with community participation. Then we will refine the methodologies and related technologies by applying them to specific cases. This research and development will result in a description of the service system and design support method as basic technologies of the methodology developed, and ultimately, we will apply them in similar fields with the aim of creating a service system science.
