Development of platform and media for dialogues between technology and society through utilizing knowledge of humanities social science
Project Outline
We will develop a platform for dialogue between technology and society by utilizing the knowledge of humanities, social science, and others. The platform consists of media to promote technological development, social implementation and dissemination smoothly while grasping the risks etc. that information technology brings to society.
The impressions and discussions about AI and information technology often deviate from the calm discussions of experts. Similar divides are also seen in academic fields. This project will create forums where researchers, technology developers, media producers with different backgrounds gather and active discussions will emerge. Then, we will produce various kinds of media such as websites, comic books and animated cartoons with the content of the discussion as an idea source. They will be delivered to society, and be improved by analyzation of feedback. In addition, we will broadly provide our methodologies for further discussion and content creation among readers.
