A report was published on the proceedings of the SciFos (Science for Society) workshop. SciFos is a trial program implemented in the fiscal year 2013 by JST as a means of re-evaluating and advancing individual researches by conducting interviews with the people in the industrial sector. Participating in the program were supervisors from PRESTO Structural Life Science and Molecular Technology, respectively, as well as 5 researchers from each of the two disciplines.
