Abstract

We develop organic heteroepitaxy in order to achieve high efficiency organic-single-crystal solar cells. The development of novel crystallization method enables the highly controlled organic-solar-cells fabrication, and the mechanism of organic semiconductor will be investigated. The novel fabrication method and elucidation of fundamental mechanism will boost the continuous technological and scientific development of organic solar cells.
