Abstract

The goal of this topic is the creation of high efficiency solar cell with optical thickness and physical thinness based on optical and physical characteristics of metal gap configuration. Utilization of metal gap plasmon and gap electrodes will increase excitation efficiency and reduce recombination, resulting in high conversion efficiency.
