Field omics study of response for fluctuating environment

　In an outdoor field condition, environmental factors (air temperature, solar radiation etc.) are fluctuating far more complexly than in a laboratory. How plants respond to complex environmental stimuli in field at the molecular level? Study in laboratory is not sufficient to answer this question. I will reveal the true molecular portrait of plant environmental response in field condition by statistical modeling of extensive transcriptome data and meteorological data collected in the field. This study will fill the gap between laboratory and field.
