Most animals possess an ability of dedifferentiation somewhat. In that processes, a fully differentiated cell is going back its developmental fate to create a multipotent cell (dedifferentiated cell). We are studying this dedifferentiation process using an unique model called the accessory limb model. Studying such dedifferentiation system would be able to contribute to a development of cellular re-programming
