For the generation of induced pluripotent stem cells from somatic cells, quite a long time induction period is required. Moreover, the efficiency of induction is also very low. To overcome these problems, my research focus on the mechanisms of chromatin remodeling factors involved in the reprogramming process. Analyses of these factors would elucidate yet-to-be-defined mechanisms during the reprogramming process of somatic cells
