The aim of this study is to develop an efficient system to generate hematopoietic cells in vitro. We will utilize a new marking system for hematopoietic cell progenitors to enrich 'physiological' hematopoietic cells. We expect that sufficient amount of such cells can be produced from iPS cells to use for tissue repair and regeneration.
