In a development of a new therapeutic technique against cancer or infection, it is expected to utilize iPS cells and establish a novel immune cell regenerative medicine. However, with the current technique, it is difficult to induce an expected immune cell from skin cell-derived iPS cells. In this study, we will introduce a new concept in the generation of iPS cell, in which the gene rearrangement of immune cell is applied, and establish a new technique for generating the expected immune cell in vitro. Through those effort, we'd like to establish a novel immune cell regenerative medicine.
