Transcriptome analysis reveals a number of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) that do not appear to harbor significant open reading frames. However, I have identified a lot of small proteins coded by lncRNAs and analyzing their molecular and biological importance. My goal is to uncover new insights into the cause of diseases by analyzing new factors, small proteins.
