A control technique of the direction of cell migration will be established in this study by using edges of three-dimensional pattern. In order to reveal the expression mechanism of the novel taxis, I will investigate spatiotemporally the mechanotransduction which is caused by edges of three-dimensional pattern. It is expected that the novel technology developed in this study is applicable to the cell separation and the cytoscreening.
