Outline

Spin waves propagating in ultra-thin magnetic oxides work as light with significantly short wavelengths. Hence, interesting functionalities using wave characteristics can be demonstrated with a small device. In this study, the foundation of spin-wave circuits will be formed with the development of functional devices, like multi-input multi-output elements based on a novel design rule.
