The neural network in our brain consists of organics. An innovative neural network informational circuit consisting of conducting polymer wires will be created in this study. The wire grows dendritically in 3 dimensional space freely as same as the neuron. The circuit also grows with learning by a neural network machine learning algorithm. The achieved soft intelligent circuit will be clever to recognise the informational ambiguity, which is specialty of our brain.
