Outline

In this study, compound multi-layer which contains high-functional oxides and alloy films with an ordered crystalline structure is proposed and fabricated. This multi-layer has multi-functional property due to application of the high-functional film materials. The final purpose of this study is the development of magnetic memory with electric-field writing method which has lot of advantages such as large capacity, low power consumption, high speed read/write property, low error-rate reading/writing, and shock-resistant by using the multi-functional and compound multilayer as materials for recording media and read/write elements of the magnetic memory.
