Outline

This study will aim at developing a diagnosis technique in agricultural crops by focusing on plant developmental system. Diagnosis on the early growth stages is useful to optimize the following cultivating conditions and enhance eventual crop production. To gain degree of diagnosis precision, the parameters of environmental factors, plants’ developmental conditions and the traits related to yield and quality will be measured. These parameters will be analyzed to extract useful information for diagnosis through such as principal component analysis. Thus, a trial will be held to create a diagnosis method, applicable to wide range of agricultural and horticultural crops, and overcome the field issues under global climate stresses.
