Outline

In nature, roots of healthy plants associate with diverse microorganisms, some of which are known to promote plant growth or protect plants from pathogens. This study aims to reveal mechanisms of plant growth promotion by a mutalistic fungus Colletotrichum tofieldiae and the parter microorganisms. This study will help to develop ways to select and apply beneficial microorganisms according to user’s application.
