Outline

Phytohomone receptors, those are key elements for environmental response of plants, regulates complexed phytohormone activities by using a number of subtypes with high genetic redudancy. In this study, I would develop novel chemical compounds that can activate a part of the receptors at the same time in planta. By using such useful chemical tools, I would achieve spatio-temporal analyses of specific phytohormone receptors as the biomarkers of environmental resposes. These results would directly link the efficient production of plants in the field.
