Outline
The leaf photosynthesis is the fundamental process for the plant growth and the global carbon cycle. The dynamics of the photosynthetic activiy is, however, not clear under the non-steady state environment observed in the field. This study focuses on the genetic and physiological mechamisms underlying the photosynthetic induction response of rice against the sudden increase of the light intensity. The final objective of this study is to contribute to the breeding of the rice variety which is robust to the environmental change.
